Caste systems are close stratification where people are born to this and they have no option to change and take the upward mobility in this system (Griffiths et al., 2017). People are considered to be the lower caste how they much talented they become and what will be their income status, does not go well in this system. The Hindu Caste tradition is well known and India is one of the places where segregation based on castes can be seen nowadays (Griffiths et al., 2017). Here people judge other people based on their caste not on their merit. Situations in this age of globalization are changing but there are some inherent and deep rooted systems here which will never be changed (Griffiths et al., 2017).
